My experience working with inspirational non profit leaders, and consulting honchos has seen this common trait: they build teams that deliver impact. The refrain about entrepreneurial leaders is that they have egos. Well, if you are capable of absorbing the risk appetite to fail, then the ego is a part of the story. The larger narrative is important.
